As the workplace evolves, many organizations are looking to create services and programs that are high quality, accessible, and inclusive. Yet we often unintentionally design and communicate in ways that create barriers, promote exclusion, and lessen quality. Communications professionals play a particularly important role in the process. This presentation will provide guidance on how to communicate around Diversity & Inclusion to help you achieve your goals.
The presenter, Anne Phibbs, PhD, is president and founder of Strategic Diversity Initiatives. She has 25 years of experience leading on diversity and inclusion. For more information about Anne and her services, visit strategicdi.com.
