Increasingly people are choosing places and experiences to have first, and then making retail, housing, and business locational purchases from there. A simple adage holds: wherever people want to be, they want to do things nearby.
Communication professionals play a critical role in both facilitating the vibrancy of a place and communicating the value of it to shape desired behaviors by residents, visitors, and businesses.
