Call for Presenters Now Open: 2026 MAGC Annual Conference

May 2026
Speaker on stage at the MAGC Conference

We're excited to announce that the Call for Presenters for the 2026 MAGC Annual Conference is now open!

This is your opportunity to share ideas, showcase your work, and help shape a conference built by and for government communicators. We are looking for engaging, practical sessions that offer real-world insights attendees can take back to their organizations.

What We're Looking For
We welcome a wide range of topics, including (but not limited to):

  • Strategic communications and planning
  • Crisis and emergency communication
  • Community engagement and public participation
  • Digital tools, social media, and analytics
  • Storytelling, branding, and content creation
  • Internal communications and organizational alignment
  • Digital accessibility and AI
Whether you are presenting a case study, lessons you've learned, or an innovative approach, your experience can help others in the field.

Session Types
We are seeking proposals for both general sessions and breakout sessions. Whether you have a big idea suited for a larger audience or a more focused topic designed for smaller group discussion, we encourage you to apply.

Submit your proposal by May 29!
The submission process is simple and only takes a few minutes. Proposals will be reviewed by the Annual Conference Committee, with selected presenters notified later this summer. We encourage submissions from communicators at all experience levels. If you have a story to share or a strategy that's working, we want to hear from you.
