2025 Northern Lights Award Ceremony It's that time a year again where the Minnesota Association of Government Communicators is looking for your help in judging some top-notch communications work out of North Carolina. If you haven't judged in the past, let us share a little bit about the process:1. MAGC has a mutual agreement with NC3C (North Carolina version of MAGC) which states we judge each other's awards submissions, ensuring a non-biased grading system.
