Staying on message during election season and beyond

***New venue this year: St. Louis Park City Council Chambers. Parking info below.***

In the midst of another politically-charged election season, staying on message can be a challenge for communicators. Blois Olson, the founder and principal of Fluence Media, will give us tips on how communicators can stay the course while dealing with polarized governing boards and constituents. Blois, an expert on public affairs who is the daily political voice on WCCO Radio, will provide insights on how you can protect and enhance your organization’s reputation during these trying times. On the heels of the primary and before the general election, this is a timely kick-off to WMCC’s 2018-2019 program year. Learn more about Blois Olson at

Program begins promptly at 8 a.m. Please arrive early to enjoy conversation andbring your own coffee, tea or favorite morning beverage.  We'll break at 9 a.m. for those who need to leave, but you are welcome to stay and continue Q&A and conversations with peers.
