WMCC May: 5 Ways to Energize your PPT Presentations

Most of us know what it’s like to experience a bad presentation, toxic PowerPoint slides and an ineffective presenter. Why is it so challenging to design and give presentations that energize the room and the audience? In this session, be ready to learn five things you can do today to make your next presentation better, whether you’re helping a client prepare a big presentation, or you simply want a better way to share your own capabilities with your next prospect.

We’ll explore:

  • What needs to happen before design
  • What belongs on a slide – and what doesn't
  • Design alternatives for bullet points
  • How to use animation the right way

Meet our Presenter:

Susan Stoen is founder of The Clarity Quotient, a presentation design and messaging firm. She has been crafting compelling presentations and coaching speakers to deliver them well for more than 20 years. Her professional mission is to bring her clients the most effective methods to ensure their message is understood, remembered, repeated and acted on. An energetic speaker and consultant, Susan thrives on bringing clarity to indistinct messages, bringing life to presentations, and transforming complex and cluttered messages into a compelling story that is well told.

Program begins promptly at 8 a.m. Please arrive early to enjoy conversation and settle in. We'll break at 9 a.m. for those who need to leave, but you are welcome to stay and continue Q&A and conversations with peers.

Admission is free, but space is limited to the first 26 to register.
Please park in the rear of the building.
